Christmas Spirit

We have been busy making lovely Christmas Baubles to sell at this years Christmas Fair. It was tricky work, but we got the job done and are looking forward to selling them next week!

Today Mossvale primary are taking part in  a fundraising day for Children In Need, which this year has a hero theme! P5/6 have created some self portraits with a twist! Here are some of our pictures! 

Haiku Poetry

In writing we have been learning about different styles of poetry. One of these styles is Haiku, which is a poem with three lines. The first and last lines of a Haiku poem have 5 syllables and the Middle line has 7. Here are a few of our attempts of our own Haiku poetry.

Primary 6/5 have been learning about different types of poetry. We used onomatopoeic words to write our own Guy Fawkes poems. Here are some examples of our hard work!
